Our Chief Instructor, Owner and Presided of the U.S. Shuai Jiao Federation & Pan American Shuai Jiao Federation. Sifu Ervin is a disciple of Master Wing Lam and has lived for over 10 years in Shaolin. He spent his youth training with Master Wing Lam and participating in many different tournaments across the U.S. and China.

Alva began training in May, 1991 and is a Certified Senior Instructor. She has been teaching and competing for over 25 years. Simo Ervin has competed locally, nationally, and internationally winning numerous grand champion (forms, weapons & sparring) awards. In 1998, she was the only female member of the United States Shuai-Chiao Team (Chinese wrestling) which competed at The Mayor’s Cup in Paris, France, winning the silver medal in my weight division. In 2015, she was also a member of the United States Shuai-Chiao Team placing 6th in Wenzhou, China.

Sifu Belfiore is a Retired 5 time National Shuai Chiao Champion. 2 time Full contact fighting champion. He specializes in Northern Shaolin fist, Southern Hung Gar, Angry Monkey Fist, 7 Star Praying Mantis, Shuai Chiao and Tai Chi.
